How To Order

1. If you are an existing Leaf and Frosty customer, your details should already be set up on this website. If you've not received an email notification of your account, search via your email address that you usually order with and create a new password - if you have any issues, contact us at hello@leafandfrosty.co.uk


New customers: please set up a new account with your business premises address and as many details as you can. Our team will then review your request and, if successful, approve your account within 48 business hours - you will then be able to view all products and prices, and place an order.

2. Use the headers at the top of this page to navigate to the products you'd like to order. Products under the Leaf & Frosty Collections tab are available for dispatch within 2 weeks, bespoke-labelled products are subject to lead times that vary between 3-8 weeks depending on the time of year. Please contact our sales team to find out current lead times.

3. Please order most products in multiples of 4, 5 or 6 of the same aroma (unless otherwise stated).

4. Testers are available for most products on request.

5. Go to the checkout and place your order - our sales team will be in contact if there are any questions or issues. Please note, the majority of our products must be ordered in multiples of 4, 5 & 6, if this is not done, we will round orders up and let you know of the adjustment. No payment is taken at this stage if invoice or quote payment option is selected, if you are a new customer or pay on a proforma basis our accounts team will be in contact for payment for the order to proceed. Production will not start until full payment has been received.

6. Our design team will be in contact with new customers and those who wish to amend their labels in due course.

7. Samples of our products are available - to order these please email hello@leafandfrosty.co.uk putting 'SAMPLE ORDER' in the subject line.

Once your order is ready to dispatch...

How do you send my delivery?
If your order fills 7 boxes or more we will arrange to send it on a pallet - we will contact you to make sure that you are able to receive a pallet. Otherwise we will send well-packaged boxes via our courier.

Do you deliver at weekends?
Our deliveries are scheduled for Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Saturday deliveries are possible if required and may incur surcharges which we would communicate prior to dispatch and pass on to you.

Do you offer drop shipping?
We do not offer drop shipping - we will deliver your order to your central designated delivery point for you to distribute.

How do I report a damaged or missing item?
While every care is taken when packing your order, accidents can happen after orders leave our warehouse. We ask you to carefully check your order on arrival and if there are any breakages, please call or email our dispatch team (hello@leafandfrosty.co.uk) within 72 hours of your order arriving. You won't need to return your damaged goods, but ask that you send photos along with a list of all products (including aromas) that have succumbed to breakages. Our accounts team will then issue a credit note.

Do you send products overseas?
Not at moment, but may in the future.

- All orders will incur carriage costs, we will find the best rate and call you to arrange payment. You will also be responsible for all customs and duty charges in accordance with your country’s import rules.
